Refund policy

You are obliged to report any defects (incorrectly printed / damaged / faulty items) for which C. Hofer Handelsunternehmung provides a warranty immediately, but no later than 7 days after receipt, in writing by letter to the registered office of C. Hofer Handelsunternehmung or by e-mail to admin@rizzy.ch. The notification must include photos of the damaged product, the order number and all other order details. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be C. Hofer Handelsunternehmung's fault will be at C. Hofer Handelsunternehmung's expense.

Returns to C. Hofer Handelsunternehmung are at the expense and risk of the customer. The customer must return the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery bill and a detailed description of the defects to the registered office of C. Hofer Handelsunternehmung. If the inspection by C. Hofer Handelsunternehmung reveals that the goods have no identifiable defects or that they are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, C. Hofer Handelsunternehmung may charge the customer for the costs of the return shipment or any disposal.

C. Hofer Handelsunternehmung does not accept returns of sealed goods, in particular face masks, which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that returned orders containing face masks will not be held for re-delivery and will instead be disposed of.

Incorrect address - if you provide an address on your order that is deemed inadequate by the postal service or courier, the delivery will be returned to the manufacturer. You will be liable for the cost of re-delivery once we have confirmed an updated address (if applicable).

Unclaimed - Deliveries that you do not claim will be returned to the manufacturer and you will be liable for the cost of re-delivery to you (if applicable).

In principle, you agree that any returned orders due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to receive the shipment will not be available for re-delivery and will be donated to charity at your expense (without us issuing a refund). The decision to re-deliver is at the sole discretion of C. Hofer Handelsunternehmung.

Exchange - C. Hofer Handelsunternehmung works with a print-on-demand provider. This provider produces the goods and articles individually to order. Ordered goods and articles go directly into production once the order has been completed. Accordingly, customers cannot be granted a right of exchange and/or withdrawal.
